Lauren & Cody | Retzer Nature Center Engagement Session

Gray skies, icy wind, and love. Her hands were cold. He gave her his jacket. The Wisconsin breeze blew her long blond hair into a fluttering pattern. She laughed as he spun her around and wrapped her in a hug. Warmth and kindness radiated. To my left was the city, to my right was the town, right in front of my lens were two people ready for their future. 

We talked about wedding plans and color palettes, but what resonated with me the most was when Lauren told me that "The wedding is going to be amazing, but it's just one day, what matters most to us is our marriage."
