The Flesch Family | Madison Family Photographer
Today’s blog posts might be one of my favorites, because little toddler dresses, hair bows, sunshine, and the most special announcement just kind of make me happy. When Hillary, told me that they were adopting, again, after adopting their first sweet daughter, my heart just about melted. Adoption is such a cool picture of God's love for us, and I'm so in awe and grateful that I've been able to meet people like the Flesch family.
It was a perfectly sunny day in Madison, Wisconsin, and the Ice Age trail was in full summer color! We had such a fun time, singing kids songs, playing games, and capturing memories!
One of the things I always do when I’m photographing kids, is I let them take a few photos with my camera so that they can see how it works. I love explaining how pressing the shutter takes a photo so that they feel comfortable when it’s their turn to have their picture taken.
If you’re taking photos of your family, but your kids aren’t quite “into it”, try letting them be the “photographer” for a few shots! It will make them feel much more excited about their photos!
