Audrey and Bob | A backyard lake house wedding in Wisconsin

From the moment I got there, I knew I was in my element. The sunshine was high in the sky, the trees created lacy shadows on the pavement, a fluffy white dog ran around the backyard, some people had shoes on, some didn’t. It felt like home. Audrey and Bob got married on a back patio surrounded by their children and grandchildren, danced their first dance to a song that Bob wrote for Audrey, and had cupcakes under a big umbrella while gathered around the picnic table. It was wonderfully casual and heartfelt. No stress, no fluff, no unnecessary details. I loved every minute of it. Enjoy your scroll through some of my favorite moments from their day.

Congratulations! I’m so happy to have been a part of your wedding! Thank you for allowing me to capture the start of this new season of life for you! The grace and character I saw when you got married in your backyard on September 5th is hard to put into words. It was extraordinarily simple and beautiful. This was truly one of my favorite days.
