Micah and Samantha | A Backyard Wedding in La Crescent, Minnesota

Sam and Micah make each day an adventure, and those that know them know that they embrace the messy parts of life, find the good in dark places and bring light into lonely spaces. Their wedding day was full of sunshine, happy people, and casual moments. Their wedding day was one of my favorites because it was so laid back, fun, and meaningful. I think if you were around Sam and Micah, you would get the feeling that genuinely nothing can go wrong when their together. Because when they’re together, they’re there for one another. And when they’re there for one another, they’re better. And that’s the best.

In case you haven’t already heard it, here’s Sam and Micah’s story:

Sam and Micah met in 2015 when they were both working at Festival Foods in La Crosse.
They (literally) almost ran into each other when Micah was heading to the break room and Sam was coming off her break. She rounded a corner and almost knocked Micah down a flight of stairs.
To make it up to him, Sam offered to buy Micah a candy bar, but Micah suggested a date instead. And five years later, here we are!
