The who, what, where, and when of your proposal story:

Travis planned an unforgettable proposal by deciding to propose the day of the final walk-through of our first home. Megan was completely caught off guard as they walked through the front door and turned around to see if Travis was behind her. Not only was Travis behind her, he was on one knee! Travis shared that before we could move forward with buying the home, he needed to ask if Megan would be his wife. Megan of course said yes! They quickly did their final walk-through because Travis had planned a small get-together with friends at a close-by restaurant. The night ended with a dinner reservation for Travis and Megan to celebrate their engagement in downtown Milwaukee.

What are three things that made your wedding unique to you two?

We got married in the same church as Megan's parents did
We had guests from 7 different states attend our wedding

Three things that made you both smile:

1. All of our favorite people in one room.

2. Hearing each other refer to the other as husband/wife

3. Seeing each other for the first time walking down the aisle.

Three things you love about each other:

The patience and kindness each other display during tough times. We make each other laugh. We strive to be better people than the day before.

What advice would you give to a bride planning her wedding?
Stay true to yourself & let the day happen. At the end of the day you get to be married to your best friend and that is what counts-not the colors of the napkins.
