What a sweet thing it is to celebrate big moments in small ways.

With close friends, cake, and a picnic table in the park, I’m finding that the simple things are really the most meaningful to me. I think if you know Katie and Jacob, you know that they make life a little sweeter. They’re casual and kind. Not too concerned about anything going wrong, and they appreciate the small things in life.
They got engaged at the dock at John C. McKenna Park, and last Saturday we took their wedding photos there. I'm all about that. Simple moments that bubble over with love and kindness. Last Saturday, under the tall park trees, that’s just what I found. Simplicity, love, and kindness.
