Lindsay & Steven | Greenfield Wedding
Lindsay and Steven met during middle school band practice. I don't know many love stories that start this early in life, but I'm so glad that I know theirs - the amount of love and commitment that has been woven through their relationship is so beautiful to see.
Together they are each other's perfect compliment and they truly bring out the best in one another! Lindsay is sweet, humble and has a calm yet joy-filled personality, and Steven is adventurous, entertaining, and outgoing, but despite these differences they both share the same love for Jesus and for others.
Last Saturday, the sky was bright blue as I arrived at Faith Bible Church in Greenfield. The slight breeze that made the tree branches sway, combined with the 80-degree weather, made it the perfect day for a July wedding. When I entered the church I was greeted by so many of Lindsay and Steven's family members and friends, and this welcoming spirit continued throughout the whole entire day :). The amount of love and joy that was present on July 15th was immeasurable.
One thing that was particularly unique about Lindsay and Steven's wedding was that they got married on Lindsay's Grandparent's 50th wedding anniversary. Her grandparent's legacy of love was a special part of their day - my favorite way that they honored their grandparents was by displaying photographs from 1967 of Lindsay's grandparent's wedding . It was a sweet and special reminder of the love and commitment that have lead up to Lindsay and Steven's wedding day.
My very favorite part of the whole entire day was Steven's reaction to seeing Lindsay walk down the aisle and Lindsay's reaction to seeing Steven. It was one of the most sentimental and genuine expressions of love.
